The hotel's rooms were lovely and not smaller than even nice western hotels we stayed in on our trip, very quaint, and dark which was fantastic for sleeping as we were out and about each day, although they were very small. The service was very friendly, accommodating, and fantastic with leaving bags. The location is great, not crazy busy but near all the hotspots like Dotonbori; close to public transport and all the amazing sites. However, the dining options, including local products, could use some improvement.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely, and despite being quite small, they had a quaint charm to them.
