Japanese Hospitality at its BEST

relaxing onsentatami floorcomplimentary ramendirty tatami
I ABSOLUTELY loved the onsen! It was so relaxing after exploring. I appreciated leaving my shoes at the entrance. The tatami floors felt wonderful under my feet. I also really enjoyed the complimentary ramen at night, a perfect late-night snack after a full day.
I did notice some stain on the tatami mats. I thought this was unhygienic considering EVERYONE walked around barefoot. I REALLY would have liked cleaner floors.
Service
10/10
The hotel provides complimentary ramen each night from 9:30 PM to 11:30 PM and offers various free drinks throughout the day at the restaurant, what is really cool. Probiotic drinks are available after a bath, with ice pops available at night.
Facilities
9/10
THE hotel required guests to remove their shoes. These are stored in lockers on the ground floor, a REALLY nice tradition. The public bath had excellent shower facilities, including a rainfall shower for those WHO like extra comfort.
Rooms
9/10
My room included puddings and bottled water, AMAZING! I found yukata and slippers for the onsen, convenient for accessing all wellness facilities. It was a twin room, it had all the necessary amenities and the space was optimally distributed.
